president / CEO

Mr. Scotch has over 25 years of experience in leading businesses engaged in the construction services or transportation industries.  During his career he has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst and a Diplomate of the American College of Forensic Examiners.

CHRIS SMITH
Vice president of Operations

Chris has over 10 years of logistics planning, pricing, and contracting experience in all modes of transit.  Chris has vast knowledge in all aspects of supply chains and how all aspects of the supply chain can affect a project from start to finish.  With VC, Chris has been responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing project logistics programs for major hospitality, residential and retail developments throughout North America and Hawaii. 

JOHN GILSON
Vice President

John has an impressive 16 years of experience in FF&E logistics and installation, John's background includes extensive hands-on field project management roles. Over the years, he has cultivated strong partnerships with prominent hotel owners, purchasing firms, and general contractors, showcasing his adeptness in navigating complex project landscapes.

iAN CANTRELL
Vice President of Business Development

Experienced in Sales, Management, and Business Development with a demonstrated history of related work experience within various industries, Ian entered the project logistics industry as a Business Development Manager with Venn Corporation/Hawaiian Islands Forwarders in 2020, and has since been elevated within the company to Vice President of Business Development. Skilled in Sales, Business Operations, and Business/Personnel Management.

kEALA bARORO
General Manager

Keala has over 20 years of warehousing, logistics and project installation experience, the last 6 with Venn Corp.  He has successfully managed warehouse operations and project installations with varied WMS, IMS and TMS software platforms and crews in excess of 20 workers.
